Basel

Basel has more than thirty museums and you can enjoy all the historic, cultural and religious attraction sites in the area. Marksburg Castle

This magnificent castle which sits on a hill was built in 1117 and was the last remaining castle that was not ruined. It has been preserved and still contains the mediaeval charm. Visitors will be transported into the Middle Ages as they go through the chapel, wine chamber, kitchen and armoury room among other rooms.
